We use a special gas-tight fabric to manufacture our skimboard tracks, eliminating the need for constant refilling – once inflated, the product maintains the proper level for a long time. The fabric is characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage, not only due to its PVC coating but also due to its thickness: the material intended for skimboard tracks has a weight of approximately 800 g/m²; in conjunction with this, we also use tarpaulin fabric with a weight of approximately 700 g/m².

Standard skimboard lanes measure 20m by 3m. We can create any size lane to meet the customer’s needs. The skimboard lane rails are made of gas-tight, tear- and abrasion-resistant fabric. Anti-slip fabric is used in the lane basin to minimize the possibility of slipping while planing. Additionally, we can apply any customer-specific branding to the lane rails. Advertising is applied using screen printing inks directly onto the rail, or using high-quality printing and a special mounting system, which allows for the replacement of the branding as needed.
